Premium truck - mounted carpet steam cleaning. Our price includes pre-spraying, deodorizing of all carpeted area's, followed by our high pressure truck mounted hot water extraction steam cleaning system. Most carpets take between 5-7 hours to dry with good air circulation, low humidity. To clean wall to wall synthetic carpet, we charge $0.45 per square foot. As an example a 10'x10' room is 100 sqft and costs $45 to clean. To clean stairs we charge $4.50 each so an average set of stairs cost between $45 and $65. We have a minimum charge of $149.00 plus HST. This covers 335 square feet or less.
